Ada satu kutipan yang menarik dalam tulisan tersebut : "They [some teachers] do not press the learners to think beyond what they already know." yang artinya : "Mereka [beberapa guru] tidak mendorong pembelajar untuk berpikir melebihi apa yang sudah mereka ketahui." Kutipan ini menggelitik, dan memancing saya untuk berefleksi di akhir tahun. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang muncul di kepala saya adalah sebagai berikut : Apakah saya telah membantu siswa saya untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikirnya melebihi kemampuan berpikir mereka sebelumya?-Apakah saya telah berhasil memancing siswa saya untuk menemukan ide-ide baru, pemikiran-pemikiran baru, atau setidaknya melihat hal-hal yang selama ini dilihat mereka dengan sudut pandang yang baru?- Apakah say...

Saya berencana menggunakan tema kuda laut untuk pembelajaran besok. Kuda laut betina bertelur di dalam semacam kantung yang ada pada kuda laut jantan. Kuda laut jantan membawa telur-telur tersebut ke mana-mana sampai telur-telur tersebut menetas. Keren!
